The pretreatment system effectively removes suspended solids, chlorine, hardness, and organic matter to protect downstream equipment. The RO system eliminates the majority of dissolved salts and impurities, while the EDI module continuously removes remaining ions without chemical regeneration. Finally, the polishing mixed bed further refines the water quality, achieving ultrapure water with a resistivity of up to 18.2 MΩ·cm.

With a production capacity of 5 m³/h (5,000 L/h), this system is ideal for semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, lithium battery production, precision electronics, laboratories, and other industries that demand consistently high-purity water.
