80m³/h Centralized Industrial RO Water Supply Project-
80m³/h Centralized Industrial RO Water Supply Project
2026-09-10
Zhongnuo successfully engineered and delivered an 80m³/h (80,000 L/h) centralized industrial reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment plant for a major manufacturing park in Tangerang, Banten Province, Indonesia. By integrating high-capacity ultrafiltration (UF) pretreatment with two-stage industrial reverse osmosis, automated chemical dosing, and a centralized PLC system, the plant replaced inefficient individual filtration setups. The solution eliminated municipal water dependency, neutralized high groundwater hardness, and reduced overall operation and maintenance (O&M) costs by more than 40%.

120m³/h UF Pretreatment System for SWRO Plant-
120m³/h UF Pretreatment System for SWRO Plant
2026-09-09
A coastal desalination plant in Oman required reliable pretreatment for its seawater reverse osmosis system. The plant supplies water for local industrial and municipal applications. Raw seawater contained suspended solids, marine colloids, algae and microorganisms. Without effective pretreatment, these contaminants could increase SWRO membrane fouling, cleaning frequency and operating costs. Zhongnuo supplied a 120m³/h seawater ultrafiltration system to provide stable low-turbidity and low-SDI feedwater for the downstream SWRO plant.

48T/H Brackish Water Desalination System for Industrial Park
2026-09-08
This project uses a 48T/H brackish water desalination system to provide centralized purified water for an industrial park. The available groundwater contained high levels of dissolved salts and hardness, making it unsuitable for direct industrial use. The system was designed to produce 48 m³/h (48,000 L/h) of stable low-TDS water for factories operating on different production schedules.

500L/H RO System for Cosmetics Factory Vietnam
2026-09-04
Zhongnuo supplied a 500L/H reverse osmosis system for a small cosmetics factory in Binh Duong, Vietnam. The factory used municipal tap water for product formulation, container rinsing and equipment cleaning. However, fluctuations in hardness, conductivity and residual chlorine affected water quality and product consistency. A compact skid-mounted RO system was installed to provide stable purified water within the factory’s limited production space.

3600 TPD Ultrafiltration System for Municipal Water Plant Upgrade in Yaoundé, Cameroon
2026-08-31
Zhongnuo supplied a 3600 TPD ultrafiltration water treatment system for a municipal water plant upgrade in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The project was designed to improve surface-water treatment capacity and provide a more stable source of clean water for nearby urban communities. The existing treatment plant relied mainly on conventional sedimentation and sand filtration. Population growth, limited expansion space and seasonal changes in reservoir and river-water quality created an urgent need for a compact, automated treatment solution. A modular skid-mounted UF system was selected to increase capacity while reducing the civil-construction work required for the water-plant expansion.
