12T/H Borehole Water RO System for Industrial Park in Vietnam


Project Overview

Zhongnuo supplied a 12T/H borehole water RO system for an industrial park in Binh Duong, Vietnam. The system provides centralized purified water for five small factories.

Previously, each factory used its own borehole and small filtration equipment. Variations in groundwater TDS and hardness caused unstable water quality, equipment scaling and high maintenance costs.

To solve these problems, we designed a skid-mounted centralized RO system with automatic antiscalant dosing and PLC control.

Customized RO Solution

Zhongnuo designed one centralized industrial borehole water treatment system to replace multiple small purification units.

The system removes suspended solids, hardness and dissolved salts before delivering purified water to the factories through the industrial park’s distribution network.

The skid-mounted design reduces onsite installation work, while automatic PLC control allows the system to operate with minimal manual supervision.

Treatment Process

Borehole Water → Feed Pump → Multimedia Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Antiscalant Dosing → 5 μm Cartridge Filter → High-Pressure Pump → RO System → Product-Water Tank

The final configuration was selected according to the borehole water quality and industrial water requirements.
