1. Project Overview
This project adopts a 12T/H (12000L/H) fully automatic skid-mounted RO water treatment system to solve centralized water supply problems for an industrial park in Kenya. The park hosts multiple small and medium-sized factories that require stable purified water for production processing, equipment cleaning and staff domestic use.
The local raw water comes from mixed well water with fluctuating turbidity and TDS values. Previously, each factory operated independent water purification equipment, causing inconsistent water quality, repeated investment and high maintenance costs. Zhongnuo delivered a professional centralized RO water treatment solution to achieve unified, stable and cost-effective park water supply.

3. Customer Challenges
-
Unstable well water quality with fluctuating TDS and turbidity
-
Multiple factories have unified demand for stable purified water
-
Decentralized water treatment leads to repeated investment and high costs
-
Inconsistent water quality and maintenance standards across the park
-
Raw water hardness causes pipeline and equipment scaling risks
4. Customized Water Treatment Solution
According to local well water quality and the park’s overall water consumption demand, Zhongnuo designed a complete set of centralized skid-mounted RO water purification system. The multi-stage pretreatment stabilizes raw water quality, and the single-pass RO system efficiently removes hardness and dissolved salts, providing stable qualified water for the whole park.

7. Project Operation Results
After official commissioning and operation, the 12T/H industrial RO system runs stably all year round, bringing significant optimization benefits to the Kenya industrial park:
-
Effectively stabilizes finished water quality, reduces water TDS and hardness
-
Eliminates equipment and pipeline scaling risks
-
Realizes unified water supply standards for all park factories
-
Greatly reduces repeated equipment investment and overall operation cost
-
Simplifies centralized operation and daily maintenance management
-
Supports later water supply network expansion and capacity upgrading
8. Advantages of Centralized Park Water Treatment
Compared with decentralized single-factory water equipment, centralized RO water supply is the most cost-effective solution for industrial parks:
-
Unified water quality monitoring and equipment management
-
Avoid repeated capital investment and resource waste
-
Lower consumable and labor costs
-
Flexible water distribution for different production areas
-
Reserved expansion space for future park upgrading
9. FAQ
Q1: Can the system adapt to well water with unstable TDS?
A1: Yes. The system is designed for fluctuating water quality within the design range. We will configure the process according to seasonal extreme water quality data.
Q2: Can one set of RO equipment supply multiple factories?
A2: Yes. Matched with pure water tanks and distribution pumps, it can realize centralized water supply for the whole park according to peak water demand.
Q3: Does the equipment support 24-hour continuous operation?
A3: Industrial-grade automatic design supports long-term uninterrupted operation, meeting large water consumption demands of industrial parks.
Q4: Is daily maintenance difficult?
A4: Simple routine maintenance, including data inspection, filter replacement and membrane cleaning, with low operation threshold.
Q5: Can the system be expanded later?
A5: Yes. Modular design reserves installation space and interfaces for subsequent capacity expansion and high-purity water upgrading.
