Zhongnuo designed a compact 500L/H system according to the factory’s water demand, municipal feedwater conditions and available installation area. Each treatment stage supports stable RO operation and consistent purified-water quality.

Activated Carbon Filtration

Reduces residual chlorine and selected organic substances before the RO membranes.

Automatic Softening

Reduces calcium and magnesium hardness to control membrane and pipeline scaling.

Reverse Osmosis

Reduces dissolved salts and stabilizes product-water conductivity for production use.

UV Sterilization

Provides an additional microbial-control barrier before purified-water storage.

Online Monitoring

Conductivity monitoring helps operators verify product-water quality during operation.
