Product Description

High-Recovery Industrial UF Solution

120m³/H Industrial Ultrafiltration System

A high-flow membrane filtration solution for raw-water purification and professional RO pretreatment. Premium PVDF/PES hollow-fiber membranes reduce turbidity, suspended solids, colloids, algae and microorganisms while retaining dissolved mineral salts.

90%–95% RecoveryPVDF / PES MembranesAutomatic PLC + HMI
120 m³/hNet filtrate capacity
2,880 m³/dayMaximum daily output
≤0.1 NTUTypical product-water turbidity
90%–95%Typical recovery rate

Core Advantages

Optimized Performance

All indexes are optimized for stable high-recovery operation, improved water utilization and reliable downstream RO protection.

Recovery Operating ReferenceAt 93% recovery, 120 m³/h of qualified UF filtrate requires approximately 129 m³/h of raw feedwater.
01

High Water Utilization

Stable 90%–95% recovery helps reduce raw-water consumption and operating cost.

02

Excellent RO Pretreatment

Low-turbidity, low-SDI filtrate helps reduce RO membrane fouling and cleaning frequency.

03

Reliable Water Quality

Typical filtrate turbidity ≤0.1 NTU and SDI₁₅ ≤3 under design conditions.

04

Strong Adaptability

Suitable for river, surface and well water after correctly selected pretreatment.

05

Automatic Cleaning

Automatic backwashing, CEB and CIP maintain membrane flux and stable operation.

06

Modular Design

Compact skid-mounted structure supports simple installation, expansion and maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Technical Answers
Does ultrafiltration remove TDS and hardness?

No. UF removes particles, colloids and microorganisms but allows dissolved salts to pass through. RO or ion exchange is required for TDS and hardness reduction.

Can UF be used before reverse osmosis?

Yes. UF provides stable low-turbidity and low-SDI feedwater, helping reduce RO membrane fouling and cleaning frequency.

How much feedwater is required?

At a 93% recovery rate, producing 120 m³/h of UF water requires approximately 129 m³/h of feedwater.

Can it treat high-turbidity river water?

Yes, but coagulation, clarification or multimedia filtration may be required. Pretreatment must be selected using seasonal maximum turbidity.

How often does the system backwash?

Backwashing is automatic. The interval is determined by feedwater quality, membrane flux and transmembrane-pressure changes.

Can the system operate continuously?

Yes. Multiple membrane trains allow other trains to continue filtering while one train is backwashing or undergoing maintenance.

Is UF product water safe for direct drinking?

UF reduces turbidity and microorganisms but does not remove dissolved chemicals or salts. Final disinfection and water-quality testing are required.
