5T/H Brackish Water Desalination System

The 5T/H brackish water desalination system adopts professional industrial reverse osmosis technology to efficiently remove TDS, water hardness and various dissolved impurities from brackish groundwater. With a stable capacity of 5m³/h (5000L/H), this industrial RO plant supports 24-hour continuous water production. It is widely used for mining camps, rural water projects, industrial production water and agricultural saline water treatment.

To prevent membrane scaling and fouling, the system follows a proven multi-stage filtration process:

  1. Raw Water Tank & Feed Pump: Initial collection and pressure boost.

  2. Multimedia Filter: Removes silt, rust, and suspended particles.

  3. Activated Carbon Filter: Adsorbs residual chlorine, organic matter, and odor.

  4. Antiscalant Dosing / Softener Unit: Prevents calcium and magnesium scale accumulation.

  5. Security Cartridge Filter (5 Micron): Traps micro-particles to protect high-pressure components.

  6. High-Pressure Pump & BWRO System: Removes up to 98% of dissolved salts and metals.

  7. Permeate Storage Tank: Stores pure water for distribution.
