80m³/h Industrial Reverse Osmosis System

The 80T/H Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment System is a heavy-duty large-capacity industrial water purification plant with a rated output of 80m³/h (80,000L/H). It integrates multi-stage pretreatment and high-performance industrial RO membrane technology to efficiently remove dissolved salts, hardness, heavy metals, organic impurities and microorganisms from raw water, delivering stable high-quality purified water for large-scale industrial parks, municipal water supply, large manufacturing plants and centralized water supply projects.

Can the system operate continuously?

Yes. For uninterrupted 24/7 supply, two RO trains, duty/standby pumps and adequate storage are recommended.

Two-stage sends first-stage concentrate to a second hydraulic stage to improve recovery. Double-pass treats first-pass permeate again for lower conductivity.
